Privacy Policy

Shears is a product of Northmark. We collect the minimum data required to operate the app: account email, phone number (for SMS confirmations), and appointment records.

We do not sell your data. We use Firebase (Google) for auth and database, Twilio for SMS, and Stripe for payments. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments.
